Academic Profile

I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at De Vinci Higher Education in Paris La Défense, where I am also part of the Cloud Optimization Working Group within the De Vinci Research Center. I am also an Associate Researcher at the LIP6 of Sorbonne University, working in the DELYS research team. My research focuses on distributed systems and real-time data stream processing within cloud environments, with particular emphasis on predictive and adaptive mechanisms for scalability and resource optimization.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Sorbonne University in 2024, where I developed dynamic and predictive models for stream processing systems under the supervision of Professors Pierre Sens, Luciana Arantes and Nicolas Hidalgo. I also hold a Master’s Degree (2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree (2013) in Computer Science from the University of Santiago, Chile, where I began my research at the CITIAPS research center, exploring adaptive operator replication for real-time distributed systems.

Between 2015 and 2019, before starting my doctoral studies, I worked in both academia and industry, leading research and development projects in distributed systems, software engineering, and data science. During this period, I managed a team of developers and contributed to R&D projects related to natural disaster management and large-scale system optimization.
